Beach House: (2) bedroom (2) bathroom beach house located sixty steps from the beach.  House has a washer dryer and will sleep 6-8 assuming 2 to a bed. Not Pet Friendly (2) beds in both bedrooms, Queen sleep sofa in the living room.

Suite includes (2) queen beds in the main room with a pull out sofa located in the separate room. Flat Screen TV, mini size refrigerator and microwave. Unit will sleep up to six assuming (2) to a bed.

Pet Friendly Two Room Suite Limited Ocean View not Ocean Front - Dogs & Cats Under 75lbs Only

Two Room Suite Street View

Suite Includes (2) queen beds with a pull out sofa. Flat Screen TV, mini size refrigerator and microwave. Unit will sleep up to six assuming (2) to a bed.

Cancellation Policy: If notice of date changes or cancellations are not received 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits: 50% of the total stay is required when making a room reservation. All condo reservations also require a 50% deposit plus a $35.00 nonrefundable processing fee. If a deposit has not been received the reservation is subject to cancellation.

*Persons over age 17 are considered adults and extra occupants over 17 is an additional $10.00 per night plus tax.

*All rooms include daily maid service including linens.
